Porsche to buy 50% of Red Bull Technology

Interesting - after news earlier this year that Porsche and Audi got clearance from above to enter F1, this is the first concrete news I come accross:

According to this piece, Porsche is apparently already developping an F1 engine and is in advanced talks to become part-owner of the parent company of Red Bull Racing and Alpha Tauri.
