These look great. I was behind one pulling into my neighbourhood a few days ago, and it looked seriously sharp.

So is the white car behind the STI a Mazda5?  Is that your DD?  Or just a beater vehicle to go out and get lumber, etc?

Yep, Mazda5. That's what we're replacing with the MDX. Right around 13yrs old now (bought Fall 2008). Just gotta clean her up nice before putting up for sale.

Agree. These latest Acura redesigns look much better than the old ones, especially the grill

So we've had the MDX about a month now and I gotta say I really enjoy driving it, especially on road trips. This is our first experience with radar cruise, lane keep assist, blindspot detection, etc. and it just makes the long drives much more relaxing. Wife and I took a day trip date to Niagara on the lake which was only about a 2hr drive, but it sure didn't feel like it. Also love the 360° camera. It's something that you don't really need but makes parking and positioning so much easier. Anyway, 2 big thumbs up from us so far.

yea, have those things on my Venza and love them too...haven't taken a long road trip yet though, but i have tried a few of those features on some rural highways with short out of town trips.

We jumped 20 years in technology from the CRV to the RX and so far at least have nothing but good to say about radar cruise, blindspot, 360, etc. Had the automatic emergency braking system kick in a few times too

Would not mind the 'invisible cushion' of radar cruise gives in around town driving (without needing to put the cruise on)

i've never had my emergency braking come on (beep or brake)...i'm tempted to test it with a big empty box or something...just to make sure it actually works.

Radar cruise is amazing....I never used regular cruise because with nobody on our highways maintaining constant speeds, it didn't feel like I was saving any effort.  But radar is a game changer.

Big jump in tech for us too. My 2016 STI doesn't have any of the nannies, not that I want it in that car anyway, lol.

Same.

Another big thing we looked for in a new vehicle and really appreciate is the memory seats that also include settings for the steering wheel and side mirrors. None of the other vehicles we tested had these. This is my wife's primary vehicle to go to work, but when we go on road trips, it's usually me driving. So not having to fiddle with all the settings helps a bunch.

Hello,
I am in the market for new cars now & narrowed down to this Acura MDX or 2022 Honda Pilot and mostly biased towards Acura just for Luxurious interior and handling.
Any owners here who can share personal experience or feedback about this much appreciated.
My biggest concern is:
1)No touch Infotainment
2)Cramped 3rd row seating which is OK for me as i might need 3rd row not often
How do you like your MDX so far? any inputs that you can share will help me decide.

thanks in advance
