What brand is that cover, or is it Toyota OE? I have a lot of contacts in truck accessories (I was the buyer for truck stuff at CT for awhile), so if it's from a manufacture I have contact with I can send them the photo and ask.

Enthuze is the private label brand for Action. If that's the case, just swing by an Action store one day and ask the installers there.
