I see Tesla owners parked at EV stations all the time and not plugged in. They seem to think it’s special close to the door parking just for them, charging or not.

At $125 a ticket, it might be worth enforcing it.  And many people will be deterred by the possibility of a fine.  Of course, some of don't park there now because we're not douchenozzles.

You're perfectly right, do it, no reserve !
