I really like the new Porsche interiors. But man, Cayenne prices have really creeped up over the years. Part of that is because of the Macan, but still.

I'd have to agree with Jonathon on the exterior styling on these isn't the best... there are more handsome full sized (or whatever size this is) SUV's out there, but I do have to give Porsche props for the entire execution and overall package.

I thought the first gen Cayenne was pretty ugly but the second and third look fine to me.

At least it isn't a snooze-fest like the new Q7. The first Q7 was quite the looker IMO.

Saw one of these the other day, must have been a stripper deluxe model with small rims and no aero....mistook it for some sort of Kia/Hyundai, thats not good. The interior is great, but come on Porsche, let the Cayenne have a threesome with a GT2 and GT3 and see what happens.
Lighten up Francis.....

Well, outta the listed competition from the article... I'd probably go like this:

1. Range Rover
2. F-Pace
3. GLE
4. Cayenne
5. X5
6. Q7

Though maybe you could swap 3 & 4... they're close.

F-pace is more of a Macan rival.

If you must have a German SUV, the Porsche is probably the best choice.  They've proven to be pretty durable and less problematic than most others.  Parts and service can be pretty expensive, but that's a given in the class save perhaps for the Lexus.

I think Mango's folks have had a succession of them and they've been very, very good.

Also...could get Cayenne with a stick!  In both V6 and V8!

I've occasionally seen a V8 manual (GTS?) go up for sale.
