Nissan Canada is working hard to generate buzz around its all-new Titan full-size pickup: last week they shared details of a new 5.6L gasoline V8 that will be available soon, and today–as the truck rolls into Nissan showrooms across Canada–the automaker announced the starting price for diesel versions of the Titan XD is $52,400.
That figure is for the S Crew Cab 4×4 trim, and the numbers only go up from there: the range will top out with the ostentatiously-named Platinum Reserve Crew Cab 4×4 trim, wearing an equally-showy pricetag of $73,900. Those prices include the Cummins 5.0L turbodiesel V8, with its 310 hp and 555 lb-ft of torque.
Nissan says the Titan line will eventually include three cab configurations, two frame sizes, three powertrains, and five trim levels, with details to come in time.
