BCAA's policy to support EV owners to this extent is not consistent with the fact BCAA will not do mobile inspections of hybrid cars, such as one would wish to have done when considering purchase of a used hybrid.
And some cretins think I hate cars.

"evolve"....wtf....EVOLUTION had nothing to do with it.........we all know E.V's came from God awful Obama's EPA and  his other anti-car departments...name them   for a free BEER.... :D ;D
